Oluchi is an experienced banker in the microfinance sector with well over 15 years Banking experience in addition to over 10 years multi sectorial experience in the hospitality industry, investment and Audit firms. She is the immediate past Head, Internal Audit of the Bank and was the chief Operating Officer of Legacy Vineland Microfinance Bank. 

Prior to joining EdFin, Oluchi worked and rose to the position of Acting Managing Director at Meridian Microfinance Bank having worked in various capacities as Head of Finance & Administration and Head of Internal Control with wealth of experience in Banking Operations, Relationship Management, Financial Management and Internal Control functions. 

Oluchi is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA), a Microfinance Certified Professional of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and a Certified Risk Manager. 

 Aniekan started his microfinance career with the then First Bank of Nigeria MFB now called Letshego MFB in 2010. He joined as a Branch Administrator in the operations department and served in this role for two years before being promoted to the Head of Branch Operations within the same department. He later worked as the Assistant to the Group head of Operations & Finance for 3 years. His high work ethics and excellent customer-centric qualities earned him a management award from then managing Director of the bank. 

In 2017 he briefly joined Moneytrust MFB Limited as a Management staff supervising the Operations and IT departments. In February 2018 he became the Head of Operations and Customer Service at Infinity MFB Limited and was responsible for the revamping and improved process efficiency of the operations functions across the 21 branch locations of Infinity MFB as well as improving staff morale with specialized operations trainings and staff engagement programs. In 2024, Aniekan joined Edfin MFB originally as the Chief Operations Officer and within a short period, he has been appointed as the Head of Commercial to help drive sales and profitability of the organisation, a task he has taken head-on and has been recording modest achievements in areas of portfolio growth, quality portfolio, cost savings and high customer retention and satisfaction.

Aniekan Monde-Umo graduated from the University of Lagos for his first and second degrees in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering BSc and an MBA- master’s in business administration respectively. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria as a certified microfinance professional, and he has a track record of quality work experience with over fourteen years in the industry. He is happily married with children.
