                                                   CEO’S MESSAGE – COVID-19 OPERATIONS

In the light of the increasing cases of the current global pandemic in Nigeria, please be informed that all operations of the bank will be carried out remotely as the bank’s physical office will remain closed until further notice. This decision was taken to prioritize and ensure health and safety of our customers, our staff, partners, and all other stakeholders.

With effect from Thursday, March 26, 2020, all our staff will be working from home and will provide prompt virtual support as we wait for the pandemic to turn around.

We have put in place needed systems and processes to ensure that we are able to serve you. For all your needs kindly contact your relationship officers, who are well equipped to serve you.

As earlier circulated customers with existing loans at EdFin MFB have up to 150days grace to repay loan instalments due within the months of April May June this year 2020. Our digital channels are available for loan repayments and all those with defaults on their loans outstanding before March 2020 are advised to make repayments on their loans to enjoy the grace period in subsequent months.  

We value you so please stay safe during this period, ensure that you practice social distancing and strict personal hygiene as recommended the World Health Organisation (WHO) and Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
